Service is available for a variety of computer related issues. These include but are not limited to:

• General diagnosis and maintenance
• Hardware & software installation & configuration
• Hardware & software troubleshooting
• System upgrades
• Virus & spyware removal

Service Fees

$85.00/hour – Priority service fee. Priority systems are placed at the beginning of the service queue.

$25.00 – Memory installation and hard drive installation¹

• We offer same-day ram upgrades and hard drive installation. This fee covers the installation and initialization of hard drives.

$37.50 – System diagnosis

• Includes problem diagnostics and estimate to repair.

$37.50 – Parts testing (hard drives, video cards, etc)

$75.00 – Operating system installation²

• Includes all drivers and windows updates.

$75.00 – Computer Check-up

• Includes software and hardware diagnostics. In addition all unnecessary programs will be removed. All software updates are done as well as general software optimization to ensure that your system is in excellent working order.

$125.00 – Operating system installation with data backup³

$125.00 – Virus / Spyware / Malware removal and protection

$150.00 – Data recovery⁴

1. Depending on the complexity of accessing memory or hard drives system may not be eligible for same day service and will need to be booked in.
2. System must have a valid Microsoft Windows C.O.A. affixed to the system.
3. Hard drives involved must be in good working condition. Does not include third party software installation.
4. OTV Technologies understands that your data is important to you. Unfortunately hardware and software failures can cause irretrievable data loss and as such we cannot be responsible for complete data recovery.
