Special orders

• If a special order request can be granted, you may be required to pay a deposit before the item can be ordered.
• OTV Technologies is not able to offer local price matching on special order items.
• The return, warranty, and in-store exchange options for special order items typically vary from those of regular stock items. In the vast majority of cases, warranties will apply only through the original manufacturer, and we cannot accept returns to the store.

Re-orders on regular items

• Many items can be transferred between store locations. We might do a transfer rather than re-order, depending on circumstances.
